Refund and Cancellation Policy (Digital Products)

1. General Principles

Digital products are accessible or downloadable immediately after payment; therefore, BEUP applies a conditional refund policy to prevent abuse.

2. Request Timeframe

Users must submit a refund request within 07 days from the time of payment.

3. Cases Eligible for Refund

  • The user is unable to access or download the product due to a system error on BEUP’s side, and BEUP is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • BEUP delivers an incorrect product or an incorrect version compared to the description and is unable to provide the correct one within a reasonable time
  • Duplicate payment for the same order (subject to reconciliation).

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • The user has successfully downloaded the product or has been granted access (except in cases of serious errors attributable to BEUP).
  • Change of mind after the product has been delivered.
  • Issues caused by the user’s failure to meet the published technical requirements.
  • The user provides an incorrect email address, resulting in non-delivery, and fails to cooperate in verification.

5. Refund Request Process

Send an email to support@beup.space with the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Purchase email address
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots of the issue or payment receipt (if available).

6. Processing Time

BEUP will respond within five (5) business days..

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or payment gateway, or as otherwise agreed in accordance with the payment gateway’s regulations.
