Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods

  • Domestic payments in Vietnam: Vietnamese banks, QR payment, bank transfer, or payment gateways (depending on configuration).
  • International payments: International cards and/or PayPal/Stripe (depending on configuration).

2. Payment confirmation time

The order is confirmed once the system records a successful payment status from the payment gateway.

3. Currency, exchange rates, and fees

  • Prices may be displayed in VND and/or foreign currencies.
  • Exchange rates and conversion fees (if any) are applied by the bank/payment gateway in accordance with their terms and conditions.

4. Failed/Pending Payments & Reconciliation

If the user is charged but the order is not successfully recorded, BEUP will support reconciliation based on the transaction evidence provided.

5. Refunds via Payment Gateway & Chargebacks

  • Refunds (if approved) are typically processed through the original payment method/payment gateway.
  • For international card transactions, users may initiate a chargeback process through the issuing bank; BEUP will cooperate by providing reconciliation information in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Invoices

BEUP can issue invoices in accordance with applicable regulations and/or upon a valid customer request.

  • To request an invoice, please send an email and provide the following information: order ID, company name, tax code, address, and invoice recipient email.
