BEUP Affiliate Program Terms

1. Overview

The BEUP Affiliate Program allows you to earn commission by referring new customers to beup.space. By registering, you agree to comply with the terms below.

2. Commission

• Commission rate: 50% of the order value (after tax, before shipping fees).
• Commission is recorded when the order is fully paid via SePay.
• Commission holding period: 14 days from the date of recording (in case of refunds).
• After 14 days, the commission status changes to Approved and is ready for payment.

3. Payment

• Monthly payment on the 1st of each month, for the previous month's commission.
• Minimum amount: 100.000 VND.
• Method: Bank transfer (VND).
• You must provide accurate bank information when registering.

4. Cookie & Attribution

• Tracking cookie: 14 days from the first click.
• Attribution rule: Last-click attribution (the last click is credited).
• Self-referral: NOT permitted.

5. Prohibited Actions

• Running Google/Facebook Ads with the brand keyword “BEUP”.
• Sending spam or unauthorized mass emails.
• Providing false or misleading information about BEUP products.
• Using cookie stuffing or other fraudulent techniques.
• Violations will result in account termination and cancel all unpaid commissions.

6. Disclosure Requirement

Affiliates must disclose their relationship with BEUP when promoting products. Example: “This post contains affiliate links. I earn a commission when you purchase through this link.”

7. Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for declaring and paying personal income tax in accordance with Vietnamese law (Decree 78/2021/NĐ-CP).

8. Right to Terminate

BEUP reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time if a terms violation is detected. Commission already approved (Approved) will still be paid.
