1. Delivery Method

• An automated email will send a download link or access instructions after payment.
• Or grant access to the Downloads/Account page (if applicable).

2. Delivery Time

• Typically: immediately after successful payment.
• Delivery may be delayed due to payment gateway processing or email system delays.

3. Product not received / re-download

Users are required to:

• Check the Spam/Promotions folder.
• Confirm that the order email address is correct.
• Contact BEUP to request the link to be resent.

4. Re-download Support Time

BEUP supports resending download links/restoring access within 90 days from the purchase date (unless otherwise specified for the product).

5. Minimum Technical Requirements

• Notion template: requires a Notion account.
• Excel/Sheets: requires a suitable version.
• PDF files: a PDF reader is required.

6. Support Response Time

BEUP responds to support requests within 48 working hours.
