  • An automated email will send a download link or access instructions after payment.<\/li>

    2. Delivery Time<\/strong><\/p>

    • Typically: immediately after successful payment.<\/li>
    • Delivery may be delayed due to payment gateway processing or email system delays.<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Product not received \/ re-download<\/strong><\/p>

      Users are required to:<\/p>

      • Check the Spam\/Promotions folder.<\/li>
      • Confirm that the order email address is correct.<\/li>
      • Contact BEUP to request the link to be resent.<\/li><\/ul>

        4. Re-download Support Time<\/strong><\/p>

        BEUP supports resending download links\/restoring access within 90 days<\/strong> from the purchase date (unless otherwise specified for the product).<\/p>

        5. Minimum Technical Requirements<\/strong><\/p>

        • Notion template: requires a Notion account.<\/li>
        • Excel\/Sheets: requires a suitable version.<\/li>
        • PDF files: a PDF reader is required.<\/li><\/ul>
